Additionally, you can bring a computer, comfortable clothing, personal things such as: moisturizing cream, soap, brush, etc book or magazine to keep yourself entertained during your stay at the clinic and hotel.
You will have qualified personnel for perfect communication with you.
The goal of consultations is to organize the details of the surgery, express your expectations about the results of the surgery, and clear your mind. Don’t be afraid to ask questions regarding your decision even if you don’t think they are important.
Yes, there is a waiting list for plastic surgeries with Dr Polanco. However, you will be a priority when traveling from the United States.
Typically the surgeon has two check-ups with a patient – when he or she is discharged from the clinic and the day before the patient returns home. However, if the patient requests it or if there is a need for an additional check-up, we are flexible and can arrange this.
You should keep in mind that the final result will not be visible until several weeks after surgery. The operated area will most likely be a little sore and swollen. It is a normal reaction to tissue damage caused by surgical manipulation. In order to reduce uncomfortable sensations, you will be prescribed medication, although this does not mean at all that the pain will be unbearable.
Each patient reacts individually and deals with pain differently. Your recovery stay should last between 10 and 15 days. It depends on the type of surgery performed and the patient operated on. During your stay, you will be encouraged to exercise, walk around the room. Day after day you will regain the ability to return to your daily activities.
